Backpacks, bags, umbrellas and other objects whose size may represent a risk to the works on display or a nuisance to other visitors must be deposited in the museum's cloakroom.

The organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the visit.

The group of six or more people in which a member acts as a guide during the tour of the exhibition is considered a group.

There is a service of official guides of the exhibition for groups available with prior reservation on the website www.amazoniasebastiaosalgado.com.

Groups with an official guide will have a maximum of 25 participants and an individual radioguide system.

For school visits, the group may be composed of a maximum of 30 people, including teaching staff.
